PA NORML supports the medicinal and responsible recreational use of cannabis. We also encourage the vast agricultural and industrial uses of the natural substance Cannabis Hemp as an environmentally safe alternative to thousands of synthetic products being consumed in this country at a tremendous cost to our environment.

A drug policy organization working to broaden and
better inform the public debate on drug policy and related issues.

Providing accurate information relevant to drug policy in order to heighten
awareness of the extreme damage being caused to our nation and the world

Drug Reform Coordination Network (DRCNet)
The Drug Reform Coordination Network was founded in 1993 and has quickly
grown into a national network of nearly 20,000 activists and concerned
citizens including parents, educators, students, lawyers, health care
professionals, academics, and others working for drug policy reform from
a variety of perspectives, including harm reduction, reform of sentencing
and forfeiture laws, medicalization of currently schedule I drugs, and
promotion of an open debate on drug prohibition.
The November Coalition
A growing body of citizens whose lives have been gravely affected by our
government's present drug policy. We are drug war prisoners, their loved
ones and others who believe that our present course of war in America
has a price that we cannot afford to pay.

A worldwide network dedicated to drug policy reform. Informing public
opinion and promoting balanced media coverage. International media contacts
and searchable database of drug war coverage.
ReconsiDer
This non-partisan, grassroots membership organization
is dedicated to promoting, supporting, and engaging in open discussion
of alternatives to the War on Drugs. Reconsider website offers an extensive
collection of articles and reports on various drug policy-related issues.
They run a Speakers Bureau with many prominent and eloquent speakers available.
The site also has membership information as well as links to other related
sites.
Human Rights and the Drug War: The Human
Face of America's War at Home
An ongoing exhibit, now known as Human Rights and the Drug War, is a project
of Human Rights 95 (HR95) and presents the Drug War in the context of
its violations of the UN Universal Declaration on Human Rights and the
American Bill of Rights.
Criminal Justice Policy Institute
The Criminal Justice Policy Foundation is a private, non-profit educational organization that promotes innovative solutions to criminal justice problems. The Foundation assists policy makers, criminal justice professionals and the public to prevent crime and improve the quality of justice.
Alchemind
The Alchemind Society is an international nonprofit association of people working in the public interest to protect the fundamental right to freedom of the mind. We celebrate, foster, and protect cognitive liberty: the right of each individual to think independently, to use the full spectrum of his or her mind, and to engage in multiple modes of thought and alternative states of consciousness.
The Cherylheart Project
The Cherylheart Project (TCHP) is dedicated to helping medical marijuana patients find representation within state, local, and federal government. TCHP is named after Cheryl Miller, who has been suffering from Multiple Sclerosis for several years and is now resigned to a wheelchair. She is paralyzed from the neck down and yet, she and her husband Jim Miller travel thousands of miles each year to speak about the relieving qualities of medicinal marijuana. for the news media and a public concerned with criminal justice and sentencing
issues.
Marihuana: the Forbidden Medicine
This site is devoted to the exchange of information about the use of marihuana
as a medicine. We are members of the faculty of the Harvard Medical School
who have been studying marihuana for many years.
